FAU>TY experimental sound & AV will return later this year for the 2013 Brighton Digital Festival. FAULTY experimental night will feature an intriguing selection of performances from musicians / AV artists who use digital technology to explore sound and visuals. 2012 was a night of Ableton, Pedals, PureData and video with late night electronic tech-scape from our headline digital artist C-BA from Belgium. Confirmed returning performers for 2013 include interactive digital artist & Brighton’s favourite drone-gazer Lumo (Heliopause), the soothing electro-analogue world of Krill & Captain Kelp and the hypnotising AV remix of ROM. Several artists are on the Faulty wishlist and official line-up will follow soon.

Faulty Dog present the 2nd FAULTY sound art night as part of the Brighton Digital Festival on Thursday 27th September @ Northern Lights. Expect strange and immersive experimental LIVE sound and video as 5 performers bend your perception of acoustic and digital sound. LUMO, Krill & Captain Kelp, MAFF the ROM + C-BA perform live manipulation of sound, samples, loops, vocals, hacked instruments and video processing. Faulty Dog is proud to welcome our headline C-BA from across the water in Belgium for this one-off spectacular AV treat. Relax, have an Akvavit and open your mind upstairs at Brighton’s fantastic Scandinavian bar, Northern Lights. This will be a night of intimate sound and visual performance.
